Our Story

From One Crew to
a Legacy of Excellence

GR & R Renovations was founded in 2008 by Reza, a third-generation tradesman with a lifelong passion for quality construction. What began as a two-person crew taking on basement renovations in Queens has grown into one of New York State's most respected full-service renovation and construction firms.

Over the past 15+ years, we've assembled a team of over 50 skilled tradespeople, project managers, and designers who share a single philosophy: no job is finished until the client is genuinely delighted.
